About PureGrove

PureGrove started the way a lot of good companies do: with a real problem we lived ourselves.

We hired someone to clean the turf at home. He was great, start to finish, and the experience got us genuinely interested in the business. The more we learned, the more we noticed something. Pricing was hard to come by. Responses were slow. Booking felt like a process the customer had to manage, not the company. When we called some of the largest names in the industry to see if the experience held up elsewhere, we found the same pattern. The category hadn't kept up with the people it was serving.

PureGrove is led by a team of operators whose day jobs are at global companies. Ethan leads technology sales at a global organization. Alex is a project engineer at another. Our lead field technician is Ethan's brother, Carson, who immersed himself in turf care from the ground up, completing certification modules and traveling out of state for hands-on training under some of the best technicians in the industry.
