Your score reflects both the urine contamination factors and, if applicable, the solid waste frequency you reported.
Your score combines five things you told us: your dog's size, how many dogs you have, how old your turf is, how often you notice odor, and whether your dog uses the turf for solid waste. Each one nudges the score up based on how much it's known to drive contamination.
What this score is: a directional estimate. A higher score means a higher probability your turf has meaningful contamination, based on the factors above and what's known about how Las Vegas heat affects bacterial activity in synthetic infill.
What this score is not: a lab measurement. The only way to know the actual bacterial load in your specific yard is an ATP bacteria test, which samples the surface and measures live microbial activity in RLU. We include ATP testing with our Renewed Grove service.
